Specific Responsibilities

• To lay down overall PMS Framework, Formats, Performance Metrics and implementing the same
• To execute the performance review exercise monthly and annually
• To share quarterly and annual analysis on PMS with Business stakeholders/ HOD’s.
• Identify High Potential employees, work on their career paths
• Identify Low performers, keep on performance management/ separate
• Conduct training for managers on “How to Conduct Performance Appraisal” and ensure performance feedback is given to all employees
• Employee development initiatives
• Review and Refresh HR Policies, create new policies from time to time
• Initiatives regarding rewards and recognition
• Monthly MIS regarding PMS
• To automize the PMS process
• Employee engagement initiatives
• Further responsibilities as per the requirements of the organisation.

Specific Authorities

• Authorised to collect and analyse performance appraisal results across the organisation

• Resolve problems related to appraisals such as employee request of re- evaluation and ensure that these issues are handled in a fair, professional and transparent way

• Performance Letter Errors = 0
• Budget Variance < 10 %
