What kind of professional exposure/technical skills should you have?
  • Managing inflow of visitors to the office and directing them for meetings, attending to their requirements etc.
  • Ensure hospitality to special visitors/ guests in the office.
  • Manage office support staff like Office boys, drivers etc
  • Monitoring inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints. Maintaining equipment, textbook and supply inventories.
  •  Overseeing facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians).
  • Organizing and supervising other office activities (renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Make travel and stay arrangements for employees and guests.
  • Guest house upkeep and management.
  • Assisting in enforcing the discipline rules laid down
  • Maintaining appropriate records for all admin affairs in accordance with the mandates and accounting practices
  • Managing all scheduling, special events, etc.
  • Administering and supervising the hygiene and cleanliness with the support staff.
  • Any other activities to ensure smooth functioning of the business
