Business Associate

Experience: 2-6 Years Location: Mohali Experience: B.Tech/M.Tech
Key Responsibilities
  • Closely work with the core team of AgNext, with a business growth mindset
  • Take end to end responsibility of given assignment
  • Excellent MIS skills to generate reports and dashboards
  • Create and manage MIS report of operations and major business functions
  • Help and aid management in taking the right decision, based on data, analytics, MIS skills, and business understanding
  • Managing calendar; raising PR/POs
  • Good knowledge of scheduling WebEx, Conference calls, webinars, etc.
Relationship Management
  • Conduct follow-up meetings with clients POCs and manage communication channels 
  • Prepare draft of proposals and project documents
  • Attend client meetings and document minutes from the meetings
Field Operation Management/Operational Assistance
  • Identifies project requirements by interviewing clients, determining project scope, analyzing operations, documenting results, and preparing clients contracts
  • Liaise with field staff for operational planning and monitor activity and performance of the staff
  • Liaise with project heads for operational strategy planning for field operations
  • Liaise with client POCs and run close checks on issues and processes
  • Formulate ways to improve efficiency in operations, based on research and observations
  • Run workshops and training sessions for field staff
Other responsibilities
  • Documentation for all technology platform outlining roles and responsibilities of users and wireframing layouts for development
  • Prepare brochures and marketing materials liaising with design team
  • Develop strong hypothesis and identify area of opportunities with strong confidence level
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, business, technology or related field
  • 0–2 years of professional experience
  • Good analytical skills is a must
  • Good communication skills is a must
  • Leadership qualities are must
  • Good proficiency in MS Office suite is a must
  • Knowledge of wireframing tools like Balasmiq is a plus
  • Experience of creating PRD/BRD is a plus
  • Knowledge of VBA is a plus
  • Basic coding skills are a plus
